Job Description COMPENSATION AND PERKS - Base Salary: 250,000 - 290,000 per year (W2) - Signing Bonus: Negotiable based on experience - Incentives: Potential for a yearly incentive bonus - Relocation: Offered - CME: 1,500 annually - Full Benefits Package: Includes 401k with match, Mega backdoor Roth option, deferred compensation plan, and PTO (291-331 hours depending on experience) - Tuition Reimbursement: Yes FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Facility: Leading pediatric hospital with 181 beds, 11 ORs at the main location, and 4 ORs at the South location - Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, 0700-1530 or 0700-1730 - Case Types: Pediatrics, including Orthopedics, GI, OB, ENT, Neurology, Healthy/Sick Pediatrics - Work Environment: No call required, flexible scheduling - Supervision: Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologists (26:22 ratio) - Annual Case Load: 13,000 surgeries per year QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Licensure: Must be a licensed CRNA - Experience: Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply - Skills: Must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team - Required Licenses: Ohio license for outpatient; Ohio license for inpatient COMMUNITY - Airports Nearby: Dayton International, Cincinnati/NKY, Columbus - Community Features: Real estate tours, local schools, and more to ensure a great fit for candidates and their families JOB ID: JOB-00297 ABOUT ELITE 365 Elite365 is a nationwide healthcare staffing agency that offers career opportunities to physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers in all specialties.
