Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Dublin, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: RN – Home Health Location: Dublin, OH 43016 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Requirements & Qualifications: Job Details: - Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed - Patient Load: Average of 6–7 patients per day - Territory Coverage: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office - Types of Cases: Primarily geriatric care - Certifications Required: BLS (American Heart Association) Experience Required: - Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience - OASIS documentation experience required - EMR experience preferred: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) – online course to be completed prior to assignment On-Call Requirements: - Every 4th weekend - 2–3 weekday after-hours on-call shifts per month Technology & Equipment: - iPad provided for documentation - Cell phone not provided - Timely communication and documentation required Dress Code: - Scrubs (any color) - Jeans are not permitted Travel & Compensation: - Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate License: - Active RN license in hand required (Ohio or Compact).
