*Job Details:**Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical
Network*, has a need for an *Associate Dentist* with a
well-established DSO. Located in *Anderson, IN! ** Solo opportunity
means a ton of Autonomy* 4.5 day work week!* 6 month Daily
guarantee with 32% of collections* Full ancillary staff for
support* *Prefer: Endo, Implants, Invisalign and
Extractions**Responsibilities** Perform comprehensive dental
examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.*
Provide a range of dental treatments, including but not limited to
root canal therapy, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.*
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
regulations and utilize Eaglesoft for efficient practice
management.* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and
treatment options to promote long-term dental health.* Collaborate
with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry
approach to enhance patient care efficiency.* Stay updated on
advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education
opportunities to refine skills in endodontics and other
specialties.* Ensure the highest standards of infection control and
safety protocols are followed within the dental
office.*Qualifications** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor
of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited
institution.* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.*
Proficient knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures
related to oral health care.* Experience or training in
endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry is preferred.*
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus.* Strong
communication skills with the ability to build rapport with
patients of all ages.* Commitment to providing compassionate care
while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.Job Type:
