  Position Reports To: CEO
  Summary: The Executive Director for WHMG will have a strong track record with proven results as an administrative leader responsible for the overall operational leadership of WHMG. The role involves building on and preserving the tradition of excellence while expanding services to meet future healthcare needs. The Executive Director will be a key member of Wilson Health's Executive Leadership Team, working collaboratively to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across employed provider practices.
  The Executive Director will operate independently in directing WHMG practices, overseeing management, policymaking, communication, planning, staffing, patient satisfaction, quality, patient access, and implementing activities of employed medical practices. They will also play a vital role in physician recruitment and retention.
  Specific duties include:
  
  
• Planning, developing, and directing operations and procedures of employed provider practices.
  
• Managing financial aspects, including revenue enhancement and expense control strategies to maintain financial viability.
  
• Developing detailed operational reports for Wilson Health Leadership and physicians, and monitoring budgets and capital needs.
  
• Collaborating with CMO, Medical Director, and Physician Recruiter on recruitment and retention efforts.
  
• Providing leadership that attracts, retains, and motivates employees, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and authorities.
  
• Leading the development and implementation of business plans for new programs and services aligned with long-term goals.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing medical groups of similar size and complexity.
    
  • Seven (7) or more years' experience preferred.
    
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration (e.g., MHA, MMM, MBA); Bachelor's degree required.
    
  • Knowledge of practice operations and financial management principles.
