The ideal candidate would provide standard care for patients of all ages.The address for this clinic is: 5129 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY.Requirements And QualificationsMSN degree from an accredited University, board certification, and eligibility for licensure in Kentucky are required.

• Family Medicine APRN, internal medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred.
• Possess knowledge to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Should know an EMR system. Familiarity with EPIC is preferred; however, onsite EMR training will be provided.
• Have excellent judgment and discretion, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Be a team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced, customer-service-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
• Shifts are 12 hours and require evenings from 8 am to 8 pm with a weekend rotation requirement.Additional Incentives
