Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Youth Substance Use Disorder Manager and
Clinician in Independence, MO, to lead and supervise youth recovery
programs. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and overseeing
staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, conducting
assessments, and coordinating services with community partners.
Qualifications include a Master--------s in Social Work or
Counseling, licensure (LCSW or LPC preferred), and at least two
years of behavioral health and substance use experience. Must
maintain training standards, supervise staff, and participate in
quality assurance. Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
skills are essential, along with a valid driver--------s license.
