We are dedicated to helping our patients heal, grow, and thrive.Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our expanding psychiatry services. The practice locations are Cincinnati, Marion, and Strongsville, Ohio (may choose one). The work consists of providing psychiatric services to patients of the practice, which will be a combination of in office and telehealth. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners in their specific office.Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, Child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.Employment Type: This is a W-2 position with flexibility in scheduling (40 hours/week). We also offer a 1099 option for part-time work. Compensation: The base salary for W-2 employees is $235K, with uncapped earning potential, allowing for up to $300K or more, depending on the clients you see.
