Job Description:
Ayden Healthcare - Job responsibilities: -
-Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in
accordance with standards of practice and facility procedures.

-Evaluate residents and obtain data necessary for appropriate
treatment development and planning, including short-term and
long-term goals. - -
-Provide therapy services for 2 buildings in the Cincinnati area:
Ayden Healthcare of Fairfield & Ayden Healthcare of Madiera -
-(in-house therapy). - -

Qualifications: - -
-degree in Occupational Therapy -
-current OT license in the state of Ohio -
-Preferred experience with Casamba documentation
