might be assisting a disabled Veteran one day or the parents of a
special needs child. Another day you might be working with someone
who's recovering from a major life event and seeks to drive once
again and wants to eliminate dependence on others for
transportation to appointments. You'll have the opportunity to work
with innovative products that include wheelchair-accessible
vehicles, mobility seating options, hand controls, scooters, and
wheelchair lifts, and a variety of other driving aids. You'll be
helping bring mobility and independence to people of all ages and
various stages of life while building relationships for continued
service and ongoing assistance. Working with us, you'll learn the

retention and the profitability of each department in the

- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
- Proven leadership skills

successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for profitability in all departments of the
dealership
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and
annual forecasts for all departments
- Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all employees
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership
culture
- Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary
adjustments to increase production
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop
relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to
establish customer network
- Provide training and support to all staff
- Assist Mobility Consultants in closing deals and attracting
