          WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
          • You will manage the development of product specifications for sales and production.
          • Manage the development and maintenance of product labels and USDA approvals.
          • Oversee the distribution and printing of labels for production
          • Oversee and improve Koch's nutritional information database, and coordinate any needed laboratory testing.
          • Answer customer questions and requests for information regarding specifications, labeling, or other product statistics.
          • Communicate with government agencies, customers and suppliers.
          • Supervise a staff of 4-5 people.
          • Other relevant duties and projects as assigned.
            WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
            • You must have a Bachelor of Science degree, ideally in Food Science, Meat Science or other related fields of study.
            • Must have experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
            • Must have working knowledge of Federal food, meat and poultry regulations.
            • Must have supervisory and leadership skills and experience.
            • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

              • You will be working in a manufacturing facility.
