Job Description: Job Description Title: Manager, Client Success Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, Remote options include but are not limited to: Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, NY, NJ or Chicago, IL Fulltime, Exempt Job Summary The Manager, Client Services and Program Planning (CSPP) is responsible for the execution of client contract deliverables, assists with program planning, and contributes to overall client program success. This individual must possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The successful Manager must be able to work both independently and with a team, be accountable, creative, flexible, and organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. This individual is experienced in independently managing multiple brands & programs at various stages of execution. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Sales, Client, & Cross-Functional Collaboration Own and efficiently manage multiple accounts, brands, and programs. Develop a fluent understanding of all program-specific goals and objectives. Apply knowledge of company products and programs to provide strategic input to sales. Collaborate and foster effective working relationships with internal teams (CSPP, client sales, operations, research, creative, IT) and external teams (direct clients and media/creative agencies). Successfully translate client input and objectives into clear direction for internal teams. Assume ownership of projects from initiation to completion to ensure client/agency/sales/CSPP satisfaction. Effectively track and communicate contract details and deliverables, and client requirements, on behalf of internal and external teams. Serve as single point of contact for client-related status updates and regularly communicating key updates to internal and external teams. Produce, manage and update company documents and trackers as needed. Provide insight into campaign success metrics and be able to articulate performance to clients. If required, have a working knowledge of client review/submission systems and take ownership of submission process. Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years agency, marketing, or project management experience; PMP certification a plus Preferred: demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or pharma Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle competing objectives, adapting easily to changing priorities Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communication Comfortable presenting and leading meetings/calls with internal teams and/or clients/agencies and appropriately responding to questions Strong interpersonal skills - ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams Ability to dissect campaign performance analytics to provide meaningful insights that positively impact client revenue Cursory understanding of digital marketing best practices and how people process information in new media formats Detail-oriented - strong attention to detail and accuracy Focused and results oriented - consistent ability to deliver by deadlines "Can-do" attitude in an environment of entrepreneurship, innovation and opportunity Simple and fast work style steeped in curiosity Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Salesforce and project management systems such as Jira and SmartsheetsBeginning January 18, 2022, PatientPoint requires its employees to be fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) against COVID-19, where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on their qualifying disability/medical condition, or sincerely-held religious beliefs that prevent them from being vaccinated.This is an excellent opportunity and includes a competitive pay and benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance as well as 401(k) retirement plan with matching company contribution, paid time off, and holidays.
