will perform complex inspections and audits, ensuring the highest
standards of airworthiness and regulatory compliance. You will also
assist in training junior inspectors. The ISR (Intelligence,
Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS)
business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading
prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for
innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its
end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and
Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities
encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight
training and complete logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to
customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs

on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities:
Perform complex aircraft inspections and audits. Plan and prepare
for comprehensive inspections. Maintain detailed and accurate
inspection documentation. Address significant non-conformities.
Train and mentor junior inspectors. Ensure timely completion of
inspection schedules. Qualifications You Must Have: High school
diploma or equivalent. 3 years of relevant experience. Higher level
relevant degree may substitute for experience. Active, current
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant
(A&P) certification. Thorough knowledge of aircraft, aircraft
systems, equipment and parts. Understanding and experience with the
practical application of product audit and inspection processes and
procedures. Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint, Excel). The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret
U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer: Basic
understanding of 14 CFR Chapter 1. Understanding of civil or
government aviation inspection operations and/or FAA Repair Station
operations. Inspection Authorization (IA) Designation. Background
in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of
Defense, or US Military. Essential Functions: Regularly lift up to
50 lbs and occasionally 75 lbs. Stand, walk, and climb ladders or
stairs for extended periods. Work in potentially hazardous
environments. This posting will be open for application for a
