Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a High Pressure Pump Mechanic for our Engineering and Maintenance department. This role involves the maintenance, inspection, and repair of high pressure pumps critical to our operations. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mechanical systems, specifically with high pressure pumps and hydraulic systems. The High Pressure Pump Mechanic will work closely with team members to ensure the efficiency and safety of equipment, following all company and federal safety guidelines. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance checks, promptly addressing any mechanical issues, and maintaining detailed compliance records. This role also requires flexibility to assist in emergency spill response operations and travel to various job sites. Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment performance.
