Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of a unique commercial facility located within a cave environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with their hands. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, and general building fixes. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Maintain clean, safe, and functional facility spaces at all times. Support equipment moves, setups, and other physical tasks as needed. Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required. Perform lighting repairs, outlet and switch replacements, and low-voltage work. Install or repair fixtures, signage, shelving, and minor equipment. Document maintenance activities, materials used, and follow-up needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. Preferred Characteristics: Experience in general maintenance, handyman, or facility support roles. Skilled with hand tools; basic electrical or plumbing knowledge required. Comfortable working in enclosed or damp environments. Able to lift, climb, crawl, and work in tight or uneven areas. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain). What We're Looking For: Dependable and safety-focused.
