to accommodations related to this policy.SummaryThe Lead Associate,
Purpose-Led Marketing is a key member of the Brand Marketing team
liaising with Corporate Partners that support Save the Children,
creating purpose-led marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness
and familiarity for Save the Children and deliver business value
for our partners. You will assist in identifying marketing
opportunities that leverage Corporate Partnerships to engage our
core audience in a differentiating, memorable and measureable way.
You will also support a variety of team members to create and
execute consistent and cohesive storytelling through paid, earned
and owned channels of both Save the Children and its partners.What
You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)Research, Planning and Knowledge
Management (20%):
- Support the development of the vision, strategy and marketing
plans for key Corporate Partners, as directed by the Advisor,
Purpose-Led Marketing.
- Gather brand/marketing insights from Corporate Partners and
Save the Children Research and Insights team and conduct
desktop/third party research to help guide strategy and planning
for Corporate Partner activations.
- Conduct research on corporate philanthropy and Corporate Social
Responsibility trends proactively and as assigned.
- Actively develop strong working knowledge of agency and
department level priorities.Marketing Activation and Campaign
Management (50%):
- Work closely with Advisor, Purpose-Led Marketing to define and
manage annual campaign calendar for key Corporate Partners,
including Save the Children owned campaigns and integrated calendar
moments.
- Assist with creating all pitch materials for new and existing
opportunities. Manage communication process for soliciting partner
input/feedback and gaining approval on marketing plans.
- Support Corporate Partner involvement in major Save the
Children owned marketing campaigns including creative approvals,
channel activations and experiential/event logistics and
management.
- Manage internal and external review and approval process for
all content, collateral, etc. related to Corporate Partner
activations.
- Liaise with fellow Marketing colleagues/channel owners to
ensure programs and campaigns are effectively executed with clear
KPI tracking and measurement.
- Work with Marketing Operations to create and manage workflows
for Corporate Partner activations leveraging project management
tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, etc. and establishing
key deliverables, timelines, etc.
- Establish campaign measurement/reporting cadence and prepare
reports for Corporate Partners.Partner Stewardship & Department
Support (30%):
- Steward ongoing relationships with key Corporate Partners
through regular communication and effective meeting
management.
- Work closely with the team to develop and adapt marketing plans
and key performance indicators for key Corporate Partners based on
new insights or external drivers.
- Support the department in daily duties related to managing
current partners, such as conducting research; participating in
partnership brainstorms; and creating pitch presentations.
- Contribute towards the implementation of the Brand Marketing
strategic plans as required and assigned.Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3
years of relevant experience
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and
externally
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining and
environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Proven success in presentation, communications and writing
skills
- Proven ability to navigate challenging situations to achieve
goals and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative, with

- Background in not-for-profit organizations with emphasis on
client facing experienceCompensation Save the Children is offering
the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on
candidate location: -
- Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs
significantly above national average: Target Salary for this
position is $66,300 - $74,100 base salary -
- Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average:
Target Salary for this position is $60,350 - $67,450 base salary

- Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor
Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $54,400 - $60,800
base salary - Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not
limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers,
business sector, and geographic location. Save the Children also
offers paid vacation, accrued at least 12 days a year, depending on
paygrade and length of service, paid safety and wellness -leave -of
at least 1 day per month worked for a full time employee which is
pro rata reduced for employees working less than a full time
schedule, -and at least 10 paid holidays a year. -Employees may be
