Coordinator to create compelling materials and manage initiatives
aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives. The person in this
role will work closely with the Director of Marketing, manufacturer
partners, and internal departments to develop campaigns around our
annual calendar. Your work will be integral to email and web-based
communications, tradeshow functions, and promotional activity. You
will combine strategic vision with creative talent to design
messaging with high visual appeal and a clear call-to-action.
Knowledge and experience in current graphic design software and

- Work with the marketing team to plan and create outbound
marketing communications, including website, email, and social
media content.
- Align marketing campaigns around company sales goals and
supplier partner agreements. Work closely with suppliers to
negotiate, request, and track earned marketing development
funds.
- Understand core business objectives and effectively adapt
messaging to align with relevant pricing and promotion strategies,
inventory positions, supplier relations, and market trends.
- Develop best practices for tracking promotional activity and
measuring effectiveness.
- Maintain website content and online resources that align with
strategies identified by the marketing team.
- Participate in the scheduling of tradeshows and the
coordination of product samples, marketing materials, and booth
setup.
- Identify strategies to communicate value-added customer
benefits such as sales training, digital content, customizable
marketing materials, etc. Make services accessible, effective, and
quantifiable.
- Support sales team by assisting with segment-focused messaging,
annual customer reviews, and special marketing requests.

- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree, along with 5 years in
a creative marketing field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of self-managing projects and
deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator)
- Knowledgeable in both print and web processes and
requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAdditional
Experience Preferred:
- B2B marketing experience
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Canva)
- Email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp)
- Experience in the distribution industry a plusBunzl
