America. Location: Worthington, Ohio About the Role We are seeking
a highly skilled Accountant with a background in B2B
service-oriented environments. The ideal candidate will have some
experience in revenue accounting and banking/treasury operations,
demonstrating expertise in managing complex financial processes and
ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Accounting or
Finance Degree is required and a strong preference for some public
accounting experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage
revenue accounting processes, including recognition, reporting, and
reconciliation in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Perform monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow
forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and
management reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
support billing, collections, and revenue assurance. Ensure
compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory
requirements. Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external
auditors. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance
efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent
certification preferred. Entry Level candidates are encouraged to
apply. 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred, and some
public accounting background is a nice to have. Understanding of
B2B service industry financial operations. Proficiency in ERP
systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to
work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment. Preferred Attributes: Experience with
subscription-based or recurring revenue models. Familiarity with
SOX compliance and internal control frameworks. Strong
communication skills for effective collaboration across
